Exactly! Brownies are practically universal in their appeal, rich, chocolatey, and comforting. From fudgy to cakey, plain to loaded with nuts or swirls of caramel, there's a brownie for every taste preference. They're a little slice of happiness baked into a square!

What’s your go-to brownie style: classic, experimental, or extra loaded with toppings?

Fudgy Quinoa Brownies

Ingredients:

1 cup quinoa

1/4 dutch cocoa powder

1/4 normal cocoa powder

1 cup sugar free chocolate chips

1/4 cup of your choice of milk or coffee

2 eggs

4 TBSP coconut oil

1/3 monkfruit 

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

Instructions:

Cook the quinoa, once cooked and still hot mix it with the chocolate in a bowl, until chocolate is melted. 

Add the oil and mix

Add the eggs one by one until incorporated

Mix in the milk or coffee

Add the cocoa through a strainer

Add the monkfruit, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.

Pour the mixture in a greased baking pan or use baking sheets.

You can add more chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
